Delivery Coverage

 

We currently deliver to all areas of Lebanon. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

 

Delivery Fees

 

Delivery fees, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

 

Payment on Delivery

 

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay in USD or LBP at the daily market exchange rate at the time of delivery.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is on its way, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to coordinate delivery. If you have any questions about your order status, message us directly on WhatsApp.

 

Delays

 

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, factors such as weather, high order volume, or address issues may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
