Exchanges

 

Not the right fit? We offer easy size exchanges. Simply message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order, and our team will help you swap it for a different size, subject to availability.

 

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery to discuss a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment, or as store credit, within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items marked as such at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
